Multiple Different BSODs Custom PC

Is there a specific time when this happens?

It's more graphics display crashes.

I can't think what else to try because you've tried different GPU driver versions, Furmark...

Specific times... I got all three of those while playing Skyrim. I have it graphically modded to look very high def. A lot of special effects and what-not.
Doesn't seem to happen on Counter Strike: Global Offensive, but the graphics aren't nearly as detailed and high-def as my Skyrim.
I played Dark Souls 2 for 5 hours today with zero BSODs, I believe I only get the display crashes on Skyrim only, and MAYBE (not sure) when youtube is full-screened at 1080p.

That sounds like two possibilities.

One is that your GPU is failing but with Furmark ran it doesn't seem likely.

The other is your graphics driver that could do with an update to the latest WHQL Recommended/Certified version.

I'll just say that my PC used to occasionally freeze when playing certain games (It happened to be games that were new),
so going on that information I updated my graphics driver (it was at the second to latest version at the time) to the latest version seemed to fix the problem.
This was a few weeks ago and I've never had a freeze since.

I already have the latest certified driver, 335.23.
I also got another BSOD for my 3.0 USB driver (which is new).
Happened when I was playing Dark Souls II. I also have NOTHING in ANY 3.0 slots on my computer. Mouse, Keyboard, gaming headset and controller are all in 2.0 slots.

But back to the other point. Yea I've ran Fur-Mark twice, both for 30 minutes, ran perfect. I've installed the latest 337.50 beta driver since it's directed at my GPU, then I went back to 335.23, then back to the beta, then back to 335.23. I've done a clean install and wiped every little empty file/folder off the computer before re-installing the driver, so left over files can't be an issue at all. All the settings are at stock (never touched them yet). So I've got no idea unless my NT Kernel is somehow corrupt and Microsoft isn't fixing itself.

If the Kernel is corrupt your PC probably won't boot (Windows cannot repair those files unless you do a repair install with the CD.)

Try updating your USB 3.0 Extensible driver.
Go to the Intel download centre and use the utility there.

If you overclock, reset to default and see if that helps.

Ok, thanks - no overclocking.

I looked at the MGA log and thought it was odd to have an ASUS laptop OEM license on a custom built desktop machine with a Gigabyte Mobo.
I believe this is the cause of the BSODs - it appears that the OS license is bogus. I'm afraid that, due to the forum rules, I won't be able to assist you further.

If you install Windows 7 with a valid license, then I'll be more than happy to assist you if you still have BSODs. I suspect however that you won't have the same issues with a valid license.

How would I go about doing that without formatting my computer?

Counterfeit installations such as yours contained heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them :)

Unfortunately you will have to "format your computer"

Just a couple questions before I get a valid license.
If I were to buy it online, are the validation codes a one time use? If I have to format my computer for some reason would I not be able to use the same code and subsequently have to buy a new one?
And which OS uses less RAM/CPU while gaming, Windows 7 or Windows 8.1?

My apologies for wasting everyone's time with my invalid license.

When you buy a license it is good for as many installs as you want.

The difference is retail or OEM, retail can be moved to a different computer if you get one, OEM is tied to the first mobo it is installed on.

I don't know which uses less resources.

I'll go to Staples tomorrow and buy a new retail Windows then. Would Windows 7 be recommended or upgrade to 8.1?
And I'm also not able to go from an invalid Windows 7 to a valid Windows 8.1 without formatting?

I would also suggest after you have a clean legal install and all Windows Updates done; install a anti virus program of your choice.

Forgot to update that, I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials.
Would sticking with Windows 7 be best? Or move to 8.1?

That's personal preference really. If you like seven and can still find a copy go for it.

A lot of windows eight haters, I use them both.
