Hello, I have encountered the same problem occuring both on the network and in my win7 machine. This is happening on a xp server, and android device as well.
Wish I had an answer but I don't at this time. On the xp server you can just delete the unwanted folders, I have not found that to be as easy on the win7 machine.
I have not solved the problem, but have made some progress.
I deleted all the shares, created by Windows or by Network Magic, rebooted and then recreated the shares I needed. Since then I've had no duplication appearing in Explorer on other computers. However using Network Magic's list of shared folders all the duplicates have reappeared again (MyDocument~nn is now up to 12 and Fonts~n to 05) so it still looks as if temporary files are not being deleted.
