Multiple IE sessions with different Proxys

Hey guis,
is it possible to run IE in multiple sessions with different cookies and proxys at the same time?

I'm looking for something like a combination of Multifox and FoxyProxy for FireFox but it has to be Internet Explorer

I don't believe this is possible. IE always uses the proxy server defined in Internet options. Only one proxy server per protocol can be defined.

Is there maybe a plugin for that?
I never used plugins for IE and don't know where even to look for that
