Multiple Monitors with a twist

So here is the issue. I have four monitors on a stand two on the bottom, and two on top. Now the bottom two are connected via a Nvidia GF 9600 video card, and are working fine. However the top two are connected via USB > DVI Connector, (supported Windows 7, drivers installed). Now the top two monitors connected via the USB2DVI are working however windows does not recognize the monitors within the display control panel. So I cannot set the physical layout within windows, to get to the top monitors I must scroll to the extreme right to get to these monitors.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have tried the Nvidia control panel, was the first thing I tried, unfortunately when i click the button for setting up multiple monitors, it does not show the two monitors connected via the USB 2 DVI adaptor.
