Multiple MS Outlook Problems!

Hi, im haviong multiple problems when using microsoft outlook.

I am starting to use outlook mainly because i have an iphone and would like to sync email and calander even using itunes.

My biggest issue is when i minimise outlook to the taskbar, and try maximise it again, i get the following error.

"Outlook is not responding. If you are using a Microsoft Exchange email account, you can cancel pending server requests by clicking the Outlook icon in the notifications area, and then clicking cancel server reqests on the shortcut menu."

The only way to reserect this issue is to end the process for Outlook.exe then restart. And it does it everytime outlook is minimized to the taskbar.

My second issue is, when i setup a email account, the account appears in the left email accound payn with the folders below. Then there is another account called Outlook Data File which i would like to get rid of

If Outlook is the only program that behaves like that (not responding after minimized and maximized) I'd just uninstall it, reboot, and then reinstall it (perferably in clean boot mode: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html .)
