Hi all

I wonder if someone can help me with this setup.

I use a laptop connected via copper ethernet to a company domain/LAN
We use a proxy server to access the internet on IE

I have a 3G data card and installed Firefox to use with the 3G data card and byspass the proxy server. However I cannot access my normal corporate e-mail and resoources.

I want to be able to work as per normal no one noticing nothing. IE accessing the internet and Remote Desktop to access servers and all recources but firefox only using the 3G card to access internet bypassing proxy

Regards

Andre

You should probably check with your IT department as this would open a pathway into your corporate network through your laptop. If you can access both networks at the same time it is possible for some one to come in over the 3G and get at your company servers.
