I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 7 64bit from 32bit, I decided this was a good time to install two sticks of 2gb RAM I had laying round that I thought were identical to the ones I currently had (which I have now removed both of). After either installing the RAM or upgrading the operating system I consistently have had random blue screens and I am unsure of what is causing them. The BSODs happen more often while gaming but they aren't limited to this, they occur even while web-browsing.
Here are the four BSOD that have made minidumps. I believe there may be more but windows has stopped saving the .dmp files after a blue screen. (but that might just mean they only make one .dmp per crash type)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL -0x000000d1
BAD_POOL_CALLER -0x000000c2
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION -0x0000003b
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA -0x00000050
