Hi all, I Have installed the OS using the image extracted from the SCCM with all polices and applications installed.
The problem what am facing is local system is not accepting multiple login sessions even after switch user is selected. Only if the current user logs off other user or admin user can login.

Am getting the dialog error as
"Only one user session is allowed.
User is already logged onto this machine.

This User must log off of this machine before you can log on."

Kindly provide any solutions for the above issue.

"User must log off of this machine before you can log on." is probably one of the policy you had installed.
Go to services policy and have a look what you have.

Hi

Have you inform the "server team" permission before you obtain that ISO image.

The reason is to prevent others from illegal install the Windows system.

No matter how many websites you search, there would not have any.

It's not nice to fool with or change computers that are under the control of the I.T. department/"server team".

I would highly recommend leaving the computer alone and let them fix the problem.

From you specs.

Guys, am part of the IT support team, SCCM for this proj got corrupted so i have got the image from other server and installing it manually. The image provided to me was built by diff team so am not able to get the right policy setting. Why is this been concerned very much instead of focusing the solution for my issue.

My concern is this.

I do not like or will I over ride a I.T. department with my suggestions.
A I.T. department person will understand that. Some members have asked for help trying to over ride what a I.T. department has done. I will not give such help.

I will just sit back and watch this thread.

Jack, am the I.T Dept person and i too follow the policies n processes set by the org.

Am trying use this image bcoz of new hardware is USB 3.0 compatible and doesnt hav an internal drive to deploy the image. My only source is this ISO file which has this policy applied which am nt able to find exact policy update by extracting gpresult as well.

Because you are using Windows 7, which does not come with USB 3.0 drivers could be your problem.

I would recommend installing those USB 3.0 drivers.
If you system also has USB 2.0 you could use a thumb drive.

I am limited with my knowledge with any kind of domain computers.
I will go back to watching.

Hi KasthuriKM

I do agree with Jack post #6.

Your problem is on your very first post. Highlight in red.

Enterprise edition do have high priority in managing on IT computers and access.

Even i was in IT dept, the Administrator did not allow me to do any this sort of issues.
If he want me to handle, he did provided all the necessary info for me to resolve issue.

Each Administrator have its own method.

So, do refer to your Administrator on this policy.

If you are doing something as part of the IT, then the Administrator will, in the very first place, give you full access.

I had this to say:

All your posts are very much misleading.

Each post of yours have different issue, as you did not really come forward on the actual issues.
Or rather you do not want to.

Am trying use this image bcoz of new hardware is USB 3.0 compatible

So, what is really your problem in not having an internal staff to assist you.

Hi Eric & Jack,

Its much appreciable that you wanna support legally and do not wanna adhere the IT Dept.

I dint mislead the topic i wanna stick to the issue which required logics and reason that is what i have mentioned.

As I told you earlier this is very long story, will try to explain in short my company has been acquired by another, we have multiple projects with individual domains we call it ODC. The company acquired us want to use Win 10 for all the systems, the project which am supporting doesnt work with Win 10 as many applications will not function, so my team wanna stay wit Win 7 for the ODC which will be in out control. During the transition a Win 7 ISO image was provided for testing purpose that is the image which am trying to use. I or my team check with the new org for this policy change to over ride this issue.

My issue is still the same of logging which you have marked in red, the other issues i mentioned is why am sticking to the ISO which has that policy applied if not i need to wait till the SCCM for server is fixed.

Hope would be getting possible solutions for the issue.

Guys its resolved,

The image had Cisco Anyconnect NAC application which was the one that was blocking the users from logging in. After removing the application 2nd user is able to login using switch user option.

Thanks for your help
