Hi

Have just replaced old 1200 Mustek scanner with 1248ub Mustek scanner. Have new computer which is running windows 7 home premium. Downloaded drivers for vista for this scanner, installed it all.

Scanner works for copy documents to pc, but does not work when scanning,copy/print. Any ideas?:D

Was the device plugged into the computer during the drivers install?

If yes, uninstall drivers, unplug device, reboot.
Install drivers, plug in device, reboot.
Also, it has to be plugged into usb on motherboard, NOT extensions or front USBs etc.

Hi

Tks for answer. Still didn't work. Did everything you suggested, still same outcome. Will scan to computer but not to print.
