This problem occured after I added linux mint 14 to my Dell Xps 15 L502x. I have Realtek HD Audio Driver installed in Windows 7 Home Premium.
*I mute audio in Windows 7 and restart to boot Linux Mint. Audio Volume controls are available but I cant hear any sound even If I set it to full.
*I restart and boot to Win 7 and Unmute audio, and then reboot to Mint, I play music and Speaker works.
Is there a way to Unmute speakers with LinuxMint irrespective of Volume position in Windows?
