Mutiple BSODs

Trying to get to the bottom of these BSODs on friend's computer. Any help would be appreciated. Memtest86+ passed three times with no errors

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiMapPageInHyperSpaceWorker+1b )

If it has been me, I would have disabled RAID/SCSI/Intel Rapid Storage in BIOS and set the storage controller mode to AHCI; and then perform a clean reinstall; provided Memtest86+ shows no error after full 8 passes.
