Solved MW3 multiplayer problem

I have this mw3 problem with multiplayer.I can't connect

I play MW3 online. To play MP I connect thru steam, start the game from there

Samurai Jack, I'm not very good with steam could you tell me how to start it from there ?

i wasnt aware the game ran without steam, unless youve got a cracked version

Well i didn't actually cracked it i just installed and then i set it to compatibility mode.If it's not on compatibility mode then it gives me this error

where did you get the game? is it retail dvd?

I buyed it from the market, from a man with games. I think he downloads them from the net

Well there you go.. You've bought a pirated game.. Don't expect any support from anyone. If you want the game buy a full legal retail copy.
