My brand new controoler not working in Metro 2033

I just bought a USB plug in games controller here SubSonic PRO Controller Fluo Collection Jaune (PS3/PC) : achat / vente Accessoires PS3 sur ldlc.com, I've tested it in Control Panel and it works fine. However, when I run a game, it doesn't actually do anythingi i enter in options in metro 2033 but icon of controller is OFF, and I still need to use the keyboard. What am I doing wrong

Perhaps Metro 2033 being a PC game does not offer options for a Controller? Have you tried it with any other game?

I don't know how you can play with an analog controller instead of a digital one (KB & Mouse) but hey... that's not really here nor there!

Welcome to sevenforums

First of all you should have buyed XBOX 360 Windows controller for PC . This is the default controller which every PC game (which accept gamepad controller) accept it.
Controller's other then this are only detected by FIFA games , to my experience and they fail to detect in any other games.

What you can try is using Xpadder which simulates the keyboard and mouse using your gamepad.

You need to download the game profile you want to use from there forum section and open it in Xpadder.

It works on both 32 and 64 bit Windows. What problem you are having ?
