I attached screenshots of Task Manager. What could be wrong? The fan is running pretty hard too.

If you say the fan is running pretty hard; that signals that one or more programs or processes are using a substantial amount of processor juice. Also, it sounds like you may need to upgrade your ram if it is not maxed out already.

Also have a pretty bad speaker setup which is a klipsch promedia 5.1 surround speaker setup with huge subwoofer and lg blu ray player/writer. Also a hp officejet pro 8600 plus wireless all in one and a logitech s7500 webcam.
I'm using 4GB RAM. Should it be maxed to 16GB?

Lets go back to your other thread,

Where it was pointed out that 8GB is the max for your model,

Now on to another thread where you have two antivirus programs running, and both are still shown in your screenshots above,

Should the ram be maxed you ask? I would say not necessarily maxed but I think it's a good idea to take it up to 8gb at the very least. Because while it can run on 4 that is the very minimum amount and therefore it still will probably be a bit laggy because of
It
