Hello,

It seems hardware is the cause of these, most likely RAM. Try running each of the three Prime95 tests, as well as Memtest86.

I had an issue with my System boot looping, I am using a OCZ Vexer 2 60GB, and i notived when i moved my page file off the OCZ and on to a Striped Raid i started getting the occasional Stop 7E and Stop DE Errors (loop 1-5 Times) before booting.

I'm guessing that the OCZ is booted and windows is trying to write to the page file, before the raid was ready.

My resolve was to put a 200Mb page file on my SSD. and a 4 GB page file on a non raided drive.
Also adding a drive delay does not seem to help.

Try removing one of the RAM sticks, and if it is recognized, put the other stick in the same slot. Basically, you're trying to find out whether it is a bad RAM stick that is not being recognized, or a bad motherboard slot not recognizing anything that's installed in it.
