hello Mr
in the beginning my desktop computer specification is
mother board H55
CPU core i3
RAM 4 GB DDR3
internal dvd\rw
external dvd\rw
monitor LED LG 19"
ordinary power supply 400 watt
HDD 1 Terabyte western digital
i were installing a program on my PC when suddenly the screen is jammed i heard a clicking sound from my HDD so i restarted my pc so the pc took along time to work so i restarted it & i checked the hdd from dos by HDD regenerater that showed about 600 bad sector & fixed then i installed the windows & programs without any problem
after a week i checked the hdd again for any future problems with hdd regenerater from dos & it showed no problem in the hdd then i stated up my computer so it took along time to launch window & show icons so i checked it again with hdd which showed bad sectors in beginning of test
so i bought a new HDD from same type 1 Terabyte western digital & i took my PC to an expert to check the new HDD & install windows so he said your PC is working very well
after 2 days when i were installing a program the new HDD made a clicking like sound & i immediately turned off my PC & checked my hdd from dos with hdd that showed a bad sectors in the beginning of the check
before a week i changed the the cable of hhd with dvd rw so hdd is worked but dvdrw is burned immediately
so where is the problems in hdd or power supply or motherboard
so friens sayed it may apower supply problem and other said it may be a motherboard problem in its voltrage regulator which in result cause damageing off hdd
these photo showin voltage readings from bios an hwcp monitor
when i talked to gigabyte company they adviced me to update bios but.and i have the last bios updateand there is no need to update

My first guess would be a faulty power supply. If you have access to a multi-tester, you should test this first.

It's possible if your PSU has been spiking. Usually it's the coils and capacitors which blow if there's been a power surge, as these are the components that first 'condition' the arriving electricity - in most cases there's visible evidence if harm has happened...

Most often, yes. However you do need to look at both sides of the board.

If you have went through 2 hard drives I would recommend checking the mounting to make sure the hard drive is not in a twisting or binding when mounted. Cooling is not normally a problem for hard drives but they do need some air flow. Your location indicates to me you have some hot days.

If it was my computer I would add some case cooling fans. It can't hurt and doesn't cost a lot.

Those temperatures are OK.

Hard drives in PCs usually run at temps between the low 30s and low 40s.

For most situations, all you need is 1 good exhaust fan, mounted on the back, pulling air out of the PC---in addition to the CPU and PSU fans.

Optionally, you might install an intake fan on the front to blow a little air over your hard drives. But that is not necessary in most situations.

It's hard to comment on those PSUs because those brands are completely unknown in most other countries.

The quality of the power supply is more important than the wattage rating and I have no idea about the quality of those brands. I would expect a $15 power supply to be low quality, but I don't know anything about the $85 "Huntkey" brand either.

If you can buy power supplies on line their are some that come to mine. Antec, Corsair, Seasonic. I would install one cooling fan as far to the rear top as I could blowing out and one fan in the bottom front blowing in. What ambient temp do you get in the summer. You do live in Iraq is that correct? I also I'm not familiar with those power supplies you have listed. If I had to choose from those I would pick the $85 and hope for more quality.
