Hi,

I would suggest you to reinstall the Video Driver again and check the performance after that.
If the issue still persists, try booting the system in “Safe Mode in networking” and check the performance in Safe Mode with Networking.

If this issue started occurring after doing some recent software changes on your computer, then I would suggest you to restore your system back to a date when it was working fine. System Restore will affect Windows system files, programs, and registry settings only.

For System Restore steps, you can refer to the URL mentioned: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore

Share your comments if it solved your problem.

+1 on Uninstalling the Video Driver and installing a fresh/update version of it... I would do the same with the Audio Driver for good measure.

And if you really want to go the extra mile, shut down your computer, unplug the A/C cord, open your case and re seat your RAM... making sure you don't loosen anything up in the process :D

Have you also tried refreshing the Monitor drive, mouse and keyboard drives? I know my PC does not like the std monitor drive. Also, have you tried option for Vsync while in game options?

This may or may not help in any way but, at this stage of the game... is probably worth a shut! ;)
