My computer has been acting up lately. It keeps restarting all of the sudden, but when I start the PC on safe mode, nothing happens. What's going on?

Hi Juancho19,

System restarting randomly could be due to a 'hardware or a software' issue. However, since it works fine in 'Safe Mode' it appears to be 'software related'. Would like to know if you've performed an 'anti-virus' scan. If not, please try doing it and see if any infections are detected. Also observe the system in 'normal mode' to see if any definite pattern is evident while it shuts down/restarts. Try to check if that happens when a specific application is in use. Also check if there are any symptoms of 'overheat'.

Please follow the steps in this tutorial to capture all necessary information for proper investigation of the issue: http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Do reply with the findings; will take it forward from there.
