Solved My computer looks like a mac

Post a link to the "mac os x skin pack" you used and I will look at it.
Some of the "mac os x skin pack" can be very hard to get it it back to Windows default look. Sometimes many .dll are modified and need replaced.

Just in case, I'd like to ask that when you were looking at the available System Restore points, did you have the checkbox for "show additional restore points" in the lower left corner checked?

Yes, i did have the checkbox filled

I just looked at that theme(I extract it and look at all it had in it) there are 100s of things it changed .dll, .exe, icons ect. .
It will be all most imposable to get it right.

Try a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html if that does not help backup all your data and make a list of programs you have installed and do a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html

Before going to a clean install or repair install (which is a sure shot to fix the issue, but the last resort), try this Win7 default iconpack installer . Read the developer's direction in the page befor installing, but you need not to make any backup, as those are already messed up.

it should fix your issue.

Let us know what happened.

EDIT : if the icon issue is fixed, then we will fix the explorer frame buttons. Let us know if there are any other system elements carrying that themes resources.
