My Computer shuts down with multiple BCC errors.

I support a Dell inspirion 380
Intel dual processor 3.0,
4gb of memeory, 285 HD

windows 7 pro 32bit.

Sometimes the computer shuts down multiple times a day or not for two weeks. There doesn't seem to have a pattern or error.

Check here for an updated version. I can't find anything about a Dell Inspiron 380 to point to Dell for specific drivers.

Uninstall Symantec and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.
