More than enough. About the only thing you might want to do is add another 2 GB or ram. 64 bit will run fine on 2 GB, it is just that it will run better with 4 GB.

The missing 256 MB is being used by the onboard video. You can get that back by getting a video card, which is a must if you plan on gaming as the one that is on your motherboard (HD 4200) while better than most onboard video isn't really up to gaming on.

Windows 7 won't have any problems with only 1.75 GB, but it will definitely be better if you could add another 2 GB.

P.S. might want to change that x2 in your specs as the 965 is a quad core, x4.
