My desktop background slideshow changes only when it wants

Hi. My desktop background slideshow changes only when it wants. It is set on "change picture every 1 day", and it does, but at 02:00 AM, meaning 00:00 GMT. Can I change the time when it changes the picture or not? Is it something prefabricated by Windows so that it changes accoring to GMT? Please help if you can.

Hello 4Dogg,

I've never tried this. Say you want the background to change everyday at 4PM. To do this, set the intervals to 1 day, then save the changes at exactly 4PM. This should reset the timer to change daily at 4PM.

That should work, making the change at the time you desire it to change going forward. If it does not, try changing the settings from Slideshow to a static image, then change it right back to slideshow at that specific time. A Guy

First of all, | tried both ways you both said and nothing, it still changes at 00:00 UTC, +02 hours my time.
Second, do I have to be on my computer so that the desktop would change? Because I thought I didn't have to.
If you have any more suggestions please tell me!

Just put the pictures in a folder, select all and have it change every 6 or 12 hours. And choose shuffle or you`ll get sick of the repetition.

Yes you would have to be on your pc for it to change, if it`s not on, how`s it gonna change ? (rhetorical)
