Hi Geeks

I have successfully installed Win XP mode in my Windows 7 ultimate. However, my old games which was only compatible with Win XP, could not run under XP mode. Although, other applications installed and run smoothly under XP mode.

I could not find the problem except in one case, it says about video card problem. I checked XP mode memory, it only shows 512 mb RAM although i have 3 GB ram.

Please help me to run my old games in Win XP Mode.

Thanks

VPC does not support virtualized graphics hardware acceleration of DirectX or OpenGL. Add to this that it uses Terminal Services to display the content, and there's truly no way this version will run anything 3D. I suggest trying VirtualBox to run games if Xp Compatibility mode fails.

There is even a way to run the Xp Mode image under Virtualbox if you google around.

virtual box for opengl stuff and vmware player (free) for d3d stuff seems to be the best bet for me.
