As much as I hate to day it, you would be much better off by waiting on Windows 7 until such a time as you have a computer that can run it. Other than your hard drives, CD drives and your video card none of the rest of the hardware has now nor ever will have Windows 7 drivers.

Starting with the motherboard and the i850 chipset, Intel has declared it EOL (end of life) and stopped all support for it. The last driver from Intel for it is from back in 2005 and as far as I knnow didn't even include basic support for it in Windows 7. That would also be why you can't get your video card to install as there is no working chipset (primarily a working AGP driver).

As for your sound card that I can pretty much guarantee that it won't work. That sound card originally came out back sometime in 1998,

Sound Blaster - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

and any support for it ceased long ago. about the best you can hope for is that the last XP driver from 2002,

Creative Worldwide Support > Ensoniq AudioPCI

will install for it using compatibility mode,

Compatibility Mode - Vista Forums

Another thing is you only have 512 MB of ram. Windows 7 will run on that amount, but it won't run very well. Even if you wanted to add more you are limited by it being RD-RAM which even if you could find any, the cost of which is more than your computer is worth.
