Solved My icon is change to this.I can't fix it please help me.

I'm using the windows 7 but its the modification windows

so i want to move icon in folder be cause I want to customize my desktop

and then when I move it in folder when next restart the icon change to this

the icon that I hightlight the yellow

Sorry Now I solved!

I solved it by delete IconCache.db in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local
