MY Laptop crashes and restarts

hello, i have a laptop
model- hp g62
win 7 ultimate x64

lately i have serious BSOD and startup. yesterday i installed softwares to repair pc i installed:

CCleancer
AVG ANTI VIRUS
Hitman PRO
Spyhunter 4-bettter than emmisoft malewares
regcure pro
advanced systemcare 8

and even after installed all this baddass softawares and did scans and repairs with all of them i still have
bsods and resstarts how can i identify the problem what should i do?? thnx for help!

Hello and welcome loprik mate the info is in Hebrew if I am not mistaken so cannot make out anything in msinfo.

You have a load of unnecessary software on that machine - get rid of
AVG ANTI VIRUS

Spyhunter 4-bettter than emmisoft malewares
regcure pro
advanced systemcare 8 - usually crap ware that promise the earth and eliver grief.

Do this for starters

ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)

Now if you have had a BSOD then you need to follow these

hopefully the dump files will still be there unless you have had a real good clear out.

Regcure pro & advanced systemcare 8 often eliminate bitsNpieces of Window OS, monitoring & security programs, and tweak and tweak. Such can lead to more problems rather than solutions. Many techs say to stay clear of such utilities.
I recommend running MiniToolBox and Speccy, save the logs, be ready to post or zip the asked-for bitsNpieces of said logs.
