My laptop not known?

Hi guys, I bought Toshiba Satellite C650-P15, but I cannot find anything on the web about it! Toshiba homepage does not have it! WTF? You have any idea whats going on? Is there an alternate Toshiba page or something?

Are you sure you've got the right model number? There are C650 series of both Satellite and Satellite Pro, and a P15 series of Satellite.

Don't think the "P15" is part of the actual model number. Double check on the label on the laptop (should be on the bottom) and see what it shows. If I go here (UK site),

Laptop Driver Downloads:

they have 4 differetn models under the Satellite C650 series and 2 under the Satellite Pro C650 series, and all of the are a combination or 6 numbers and letters (PSC12E for example).
