my laptop turns out suddenly shortly after boot

Hi,
my laptop crashes shortly after logon window or startup but not in safe mode. I tried sysconfig but didnt get any result. I dont know which program or service is the cause.I reinstalled windows but the problem persists. in one of these crashes I got driver-rql-not-less-or-equal blue screen.now I am sending this post in safe mode.I would be grateful if you help me.I attached my dmp files for analysis.thanks.

The Atheros wifi driver is causing the crashes.
Please check your manufacturer for driver updates.
