My MSN Hotmail - No Notification

I working with Windows7, my browser is MSN, and I have an email account with MSN - Hotmail latest version. I receive all my junk mail to my MSN account and I only have two email notification pop up windows from a certain store that come up on the bottom right hand side.

How do I get ALL my “inbox” mail notification to pop up?

Do you have Windows Live, Office installed, i.e, which program do you use to receive mail to your PC?

Yes - I have Windows Live Mail. When an email is sent to my Live Mail, I receive a pop up notification. It's my MSN mail account, I do not.

My hotmail and gmail accounts are configured with Live Mail, and the only notification I get is an icon change and sound played.
