My New Acer Laptop is not willing to cooperate....

Dear All,

I have purchased a new laptop (Acer E3-111-C8S3) with Linux as a defaul OS installed. I removed the linux OS and installed a Win7 insted, and couldn't access the internet at all,so I installed a windows 8.1 Pro version and my touchpad isn't working.

Anyone knows how to fix any of the above (Preferably would keepwindows 8.1 on so I don't have to change the whole OS again),But any can work.

Please Help me....
