My NP-RV711-A01US NoteB. is blue screening a lot. can reinstall....

Hey everyone... This notebook is maybe a year old and Im letting my dad use it until he gets his up and running and it has blue screened on him a lot. (I wish he would have written the code given but no dice) it blue'd up on me a few times right before i gave it to him but i only assumed because of the heavy lifting I was putting on it with my digital audio workstation program cubase 6 to trecord my guitar playing along with virtual guitar plugins and virtual drum sequencer running all at once (this computer actually handles that load really well). I just restart and everything was fine... But she's now turning blue by simple web surfing.. so my question is, I don't have a lot of time to mess with it tomorrow when i stop by his house and was really hoping I could maybe reinstall "just windows" Meaning all of his files and media left alone but windows program and registry be reinstalled... is this doable? I know I should just back up first but since im on a tight time frame and he ends up having a ton of media & files, I just wont have the time to wait for it to save everything. ( I am however putting crashplan on it and my account info) Crashplan would be my lover if were a real person.. CUZ Its badass! So, can anyone here give me.. "Sir Retard" lost in the lands of the windows some tips!!! The file included in this post is all specs & info in PDF format.

Got lost due to his quest to find & save his queen crashplan and have her touch in places that thou mother warned of going blind or crosseyed...
