My ongoing Windows 7 freeze part 3

Sorry to be a pain again it seemed to crash again but i did do a sfc scan.
Will post my logs in a bit.

The crash dump in the folder was a while back due to motion joy.

It froze again but when i was dowloading something through steam which im starting it may lie with the network card, either way im uploading the zip file again.

Little update:
I had a 3rd HDD plugged in which i switched out this caused it to freeze but im not sure that was the cause at all.
I unplugged it and it seemed ok for now..though im still on the edge.

Have you ran any hard drive diagnostics on that disk? Connect a another hard drive to the SATA port the hard drive was using, and see of it crashes, and I'll check the dumps in a minute.<br>

It may be a bad hard-drive or SATA port.

I may have to replace the motherboard then it crashed twice today when downoading, so it must be a bad SATA port then..
But this Mobo came back from RMA ok which no problems were detected, im picking at sticks here but could a bad Mobo be the source of these crashes?

I have 2 SATA 6 ports which the primary HDD was in the one closest to the edge, today i placed the primary HDD to another port which is left of the secondary HDD.
So far i would usually hear an audio distort when installing something but i didn't hear it today, im performing a mass install to lure the noise out.

Update:
Had somewhat of a tiny freeze but i had music playing in the background which it was still playing so it didn't really freeze just had to wait a few seconds for it to come back.
