Solved my pc doesn't respond to anything i do

I just formated my pc, when its start up after a few seconds, i can't move my cursor and my screen is frozen for about 5 seconds, and then i hear a "boop" sound, and sometimes randomly, for example when im in google chrome i cant search for anything, i cant close google chrome and i cant open any programs.

Also ctrl + alt + del doesn't work, i have no idea whats going on...

Nevermind i think i found the issue, i think it was because i was using utorrent version 2.2.1, i updated it to 3.4.3 and now everything is fine... wierd
