My PC wont Boot! Flashing dot!

Hello guys!
I recently rebooted my pc cuz it was really slow and I tought that a restart should solve the problem... But no!
No my Pc wont boot!

I see the first screen with press f12 to enter boot menu and stuff and then the screen goes black and there is a white dot or little line flashing non stop in the upper left corner!! I have tried putting in windows 7 disc and select repair windows but with no succes!

Please help me! I can't boot my pc and I really need it to work!

Can you access command prompt from the startup repair?

sfc /scannow
chkdsk /r

It did not work!
Scannow said I had to restart windows and I did that but still same...
chdsk said that it was something NTFS and could not do a check
fixboot did not work at all... There where no command like tht!

On startup repair -> choose "start windows with last known good configuration"
