my programs won't start

I have this PC for a long time and the problems started only a day ago after a tried to update my videocard drive. Now i can't start nearly every programm (except: Chrome, uTorrent, cmd and my avast antivirus). I have tried many thing, but i am not very good with computers. If you have any ideas please write it here. Thank for any help!
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
CPU: AMD A8-3800 APU
Videocard: Radeon HD Graphics 2,40 Hz
Ram: 4,00 GB

Thanks for your reply. i have already tried it but my computer said there isn't any saved data which i could load.

Any errors/warnings on screen when you try to start a program? Take a photograph with your phone if you can't use mspaint.
