My Resource Overview function is acting up

I posted the exact same thread in the BSOD foum apparantly, I don't know if it's more suited here.

I don't know how long this has been happening but I have tried restoring Windows 2 weeks back and nothing changed

And no this is NOT a troll thread just because the window has been replaced. How can I fix this? It's annying as hell because I can't see any performance logs at all.

I found out that this is related to Nvidia's surround driver.
