Help please all my screen turned upside down :confused: and I dont know how to turn it right side again

I am using my other laptop right now...... lol

If you change the Arrow key to another then it will Flip it to different Positions

In addition in case that doesn't help, double check your screen resolution settings to make sure that you have the Orientaion setting set like below without (flipped) in it.
