Solved My System's (Desktop) TOP burning after gaming ...

It looks like the fan is pulling air through the radiator and exhausting out the back of the case.
As Boozad has posted. Watch you temps; they will let you know if more needs to be done.

There are direction arrows on the fan to tell you which way it will direct the air but you won't be able to see them now. If you specified exhaust then hopefully that's how they fitted it.
