My Task size is too big. help please!

i'm new to the forums, but I couldn't find the correct category for my topic but i'm hoping someone would help me.

So my task bar is either too small or too big, it's really frustrating, tried many things, resizing & removing the toolbars in particular. but it still won't seem to go back into place. But if I change the position of my task bar like top,left side or right side it's fine, but the bottom side is just small..

My problem:
Bottom/ Trying to resize it to it's natural size

Check to see if setting the icons to be large on your taskbar, and dragging the taskbar down to only one level high may get you back to default.

That did not work, I just don't understand why my taskbar is small on the bottom side, but when I put it on the top or sides it's fine..

From your screenshot, it looks like you need to resize the taskbar by unlocking it, drag the taskbar down as far as it will go until it's only one level high, then lock taskbar.

To me it looks like the Windows Desktop isn't displayed correctly on the monitor.
Does your monitor have an "auto-adjust" option ?

It does and it's at recommended

You can try a different screen resolution in Windows to see if that makes a difference.
If you don't save the change, it will automatically revert back in apx. 10 seconds.

nah sadly when I change the resolution it's the same thing.

Yeah, it does look like the screen is off.

If you like, you could try doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this started to hopefully undo it.

If not, then try uninstalling your video drivers, and do a "clean" install of the video drivers again.

I restarted my whole computer as in factorized, I made it refresh to make it the first day I got this computer...
So the taskbar is still the same, please someone help :/

I'll be happy to look up the latest driver for it.

When I swapped from a CRT to a LCD Flatscreen, my graphics driver remembered the "overscan" settings.
This meant that the window was the wrong size on the LCD.

yeah that's not even the problem.. does no one know the answer?

It's so you can get the latest video driver downloaded and installed to see if it may hopefully sort your overscan issue.
