My UC is running Very High in XP Mode

My Uc is running nearly at 100%, 3-1/4 of the time...

I have disable the MSE thought it was this... but looks like not!

Services in mmc are mostly set as default and i can connect to internet without any probs...

Task manager doesn't seems showing me troubles...appart UC highly's running.

Any clue, guys?:sarc:

I do mention that i upgrade IE6 to IE8 and since then and a couple of updates UC is set high. Could it be IE8...I doubt it but worth asking.

Windows 7 pro x64, Xp Mode with 1024Mo ram, Windows Xp Pro

Consumer Ultra Low Voltage processor (CULV) might have helped!
