My User Name Folder has vanished:

The "My Name/Home Folder from my desktop has mysteriously vanished and I cant find it anywhere.

I created a shortcut to my Hard Drive as a quick fix but its not the same as I cant drag and drop things into (folders only get coped they dont "move").

How can I restore the home folder?

Right click on an open area of the Desktop and select Personalize.
Click on Themes then Desktop icon settings.
Make sure User Files is checked.
