You could enter "yt:crop=16:9" in your video tags...
Is it a more recent upload? You may have to give YouTube more time for it to process the high-resolution copies. Otherwise you need to upload it at original quality. Did you save in the wrong resolution?

Yes it's a recent upload from 2 days .. I made the video by Movie Maker then I saved it in wmv. , then I converted it to Flv. Then I uploaded it to utube
I entered yt:crop=16:9 in video tags but I don't notice any changes
If you're saving as 320x240 then you need to instruct your conversion software to save as 640x480 instead.
Warning
This video has been removed by the user.
You need to change the link location once a new version goes up.
Are you using Windows Live Movie Maker? It should be able to save upwards to 1920x1080 in some instances, however, if your source video is in 4:3 format, it's advised to crop down the source clips to 16:9 aspect ratio using VirtualDub first. Download the Stable release

Are you sure it's not a YouTube bug or did you check beneath the browser windows to see if you had any "Open" dialog boxes pop under?
You can try dragging and dropping files to upload.
If it's still not working, you may have to delete your cookies.
If you were trying to import your file in VirtualDub to correct aspect ratio, please note that only AVI and MPEG format will open. The latter may open if you have any of its codecs installed. Some of the most common ones are DivX, ffmpeg, x264, and MJPEG.
VirtualDub may warn about desync when you import a file with MP3 VBR audio (this warning can be turned off, but videos can still have undesirable results), but if VirtualDub gives an error saying that it couldn't open a video because a codec isn't installed, then you should find a video converter.
