My web browser "has stopped working" at startup

I keep getting that message about Firefox when the computer starts, but the browser still starts. I get the same message about IE when I use a different account. I just reformatted before this so I'm not sure what's going on.

What anti-virus are you using?

Check in the Startup tab of msconfig. See if anything is set to start that might ipen a browser?

Run an sfc scan.

If that doesnt work or its unable to repair errors, try a repair install.

It seems it was caused by some trojans. Appears to be fixed now since I ran some antivirus programs.
