My wife's new laptop crashes unexpectedly...

I bought my wife a HP Pavilion laptop for mother's day. She complains that it crashes frequently, especially when she's trying to play Farmville on facebook. When I check it out it works perfectly for me. I haven't been able to find a cause for it. She's running ZoneAlarm free firewall and Avast free AV. Avast says the box is clean. We're almost to the point of taking it back and exchanging it.

Any ideas?

It's hardly worth fiddling around with a Laptop as new as that. I'd take it back immediately.

If it was my computer before taking it back I would try MSE as the anti virus and the built in Windows 7 firewall. After the other ones were removed.
