Hello geeks!

Basically, I have no problems or issues with my Win7 computers. It's just that sometimes they behave really odd, without logic.

I thought it would be interesting to collect these weird stories here. I'll begin:

I have Logitech wireless keyboard / mouse combos in every computer I have. All are working fine, it's just this my private use laptop (see my specs) that is a bit weird. I use Logitech diNovo Media Bluetooth keyboard / mouse combo with this laptop, when home. It's working perfectly as long as I do not reboot. Normally I reboot only a couple times a month, hibernating all the time. But when I reboot, I have to unplug all USB devices for Logitech kb & mouse to work. If I reboot when one or more USB device is connected, the kb & mouse do not work.

Sometimes I don't remember this when rebooting so after Windows 7 has started and keyboard & mouse are not working, I have to shut the computer down, disconnect USB devices and reboot once again. After reboot, I can reconnect the USB devices and everything works perfectly.

Not a big issue, just weird.

Second weird thing is the Quick Launch toolbar. It works and I like to use it, it's just that the built-in Snipping Tool does not want to stay there. I mean, when I reboot, the Snipping Tool has normally disappeared from Quick Launch, and I have to manually put it back. (read more here, post #221). It stays there until next reboot.

Do you have any weird issues with your Win7 computer? If so, post it here.

Windows 7 and Media Center is the first stable TV viewing / recording PC platform I have owned. I am very happy with it. What seems weird is the picture will disappear but the sound continues to play and I get this message that it can't find any tuners? The picture will appear for an instant when I scroll the channels, and the preview pictures works. It is like "Where is my hat?" Duh, look on your head! Always takes a reboot to restore.

The only thing weird about my Windows 7 computer is that I have no problems with it, not one. It works perfectly and I can't break it.... which is really weird because I do try. any day now... come on.. break....

Satalite Internet. Where I live it's uber slow.
If I stay connected to my wireless for more than 2 hours, I lose the connection, and the only way to get it back is to delete the connection from the wireless network settings then reboot and enter the psk code

6 weeks now and no issues to report... :D
