my windows 7 freezes very frequently and at random

hi all,
my windows 7 freezes very frequently and at random even when not idle. and this happens with in 10-15 min of laptop operation. i am having DELL Latitude D630 with win 7 professional. pl help....

i visited this forum and tried the system info utility however it says as the image...

Hi Amuraj,

My name is Harish and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.

The system freezing issue happens due to two reasons. 1. If the Harddrive is going bad 2. If the operating software is corrupt. For isolating the issue can run a diagnostic test by holding the Fn key and starting the system. If the test passes the Operating system is corrupt, if the test fails harddrive has to be replaced
