Today I turned on my computer (Dell Latitude) and the appearance was changed from the typical Windows 7 to a Windows XP. Windows 7 was installed in my laptop as I bought 3 years ago. The appearance would not be such a big problem but now my antivirus (Sophos) and the audio device do not work anymore.

Could someone help me out?

Best regards,
santiago
