Lets try to do this in an orderly fashion, so it comes out right.
You said that the problem does not always happen. So use the clean boot for a while. If you think that you have passed the usage required to have the problem occur, restore the services a few at a time as shown in the Clean Boot bulletin. Then you will know the exact cause.

One by one will take too long. After you are satisified, restore a few, run a week, if it is good, add a few more. When you restore and it does not work, you know it is one of the few that you just enabled, you can work from there.

actually this is the only services i run always during start up
Eset HTTP server
Eset Service
Nvidea display driver service

startup programs
Eset Smart security

other services that are registered/installed by programs/non microsoft services are disabled
could Eset be the one causing or nvidea ?
just wondering :)

I would bet on eset. You do not need that type of software

Use Microsoft Security Essentials and malwarebytes with the Windows fire wall. I have never seen a problem with that combination and they are free.

just wanna ask because i have been hacked a few times already
what is good with Microsoft security Essentials Compared to Eset virus removing detection
windows firewall VS. Zonealarm firewall
Negative effect of zonealarm that its very annoying asking permissions ;)

if i compare Malwarebytes VS eset
malwarebytes does the job it detected 3 threats that eset wont even detect even if i scan it directly to the file that is a virus

correct me i'm wrong malwarebytes is an anti virus only or anti malware, spyware etc ?
and is it good with this
Malwarebytes+Zonealarm as my firewall+MS security essentials ? :)
thank you

Essentials is rated one of the best for virus detection. It is made especially for Windows and it has never caused a bsod and I work with bsod all the time.

I have seen Zone Alarm cause BSODs. It is a very good product, but made for all OS.
I rather use something made just for windows. Think about that.

On my system I have MSE and malwarebyts. Malwarebyts does not work with virus, it specializes in other malware. It is an excellent product.

Your last sentence shows a good combination of products, but I prefer Windows Firewall, never caused a BSOD and it is excellent. Have to learn how to use it, but once you do it is easy and efficient.

Google repeat errors in Event Viewer>Admin View to find how others have resolved them.

Check also the Performance log for logged events at time of hang, access by clicking throught WEI score at Computer>Properties then opening Advanced Tools page. Look for issues cued at top of page, also generate a System Health Report.

If you don't overclock graphics then you can turn off Nvidia driver service in Services.msc and msconfig.

Are all drivers up to date with no errors (!) in Device Manager?

Uninstall ZoneAlarm using Revo in Advanced Mode then use MSE with WIndows Firewall.

Run sfc /scannow as Admin.

The updates are ike any other AV. Securitye Essentials has a small foot print (it does not use a lot of ram, etc)
