Hi,

It would be a good idea to run a registry cleaner such as Ccleaner. If the issue persists even after performing registry cleanup, then you may proceed with clean installation of Windows. Do backup any data you wish to preserve after re-installing.

Could you also elaborate on the point that you tried re-installing Windows but wasn't able to do so. Please let us know if you received an error during installation so that we can assist you better.

By re-installing the windows I meant by deleting the last 1 and doing a clean new installation of it. But after I finished the installation I founded that the problem still persists. I tried Ccleaner but it didn't help at all. Any other sugestions??

This may be a dumb question, but............
Are you by any chance leaving the mouse over the "show desktop" icon on the bottom right of the screen? :p

In the Aero theme, by default, when you hoer the mouse there Windows will make everything transparent and show the wallpaper.

Nope. I'm not leaving the mouse over the show desktop thing. Ok the problem I described is not 100% accurate. It is like it whit the games. But whit programs its like I clicked on the desktop itself but the program is running in full screen. It's like it kicks me out of it. I don't know how to describe it in other ways. Will try to think of ways. Till then hope this will help a bit. Thx for all the help guys. :)
