My Windows wont load after change a drive type from primary to logical

Hi.
At first sorry for my bad English.
I had 3 drives. my windows7 was installed on drive C. And I had 130GB unallocated space. I wanted to make new drive in this space with Minitool Partition Wizard.
I read in mintool site that you can only have 3 primary drives. My E Drive was not important for me and I convert it to a logical drive and made a restart.
Buuuut after restart my win7 wont boot. Now I have fedora 15 and I see that all my drives and files are ok.
What Can I do?

If you have installed Windows 7 by default, you should have startup repair built-in and you won't need any disc.

Just press F8 repeatedly during boot until you see some options.
